Moving to San Diego?
If you are considering a move to San Diego, or if you are new to the area, we can help you with your decision by sending you our San Diego Relocation Package, which includes a San Diego County Relocation Guide, local area neighborhood maps, lists of schools, real estate listing information, and whatever else you need for your situation. We customize the package based on your wants and needs.
When you are facing a move and are not familiar with your future city, taking a new job and relocating to a new area can be stressful and intimidating. That’s why, in addition to our Relocation Package, we can also go out and see some suitable properties that may interest you – whether you are planning to rent, buy or sell a home. We will discuss the details with you, such as your affordability, the timing of your move, whether school selection and registration are needed, find out whether you have friends and family in town, where you will be working, etc. To this end, we can take you out on a “Chamber of Commerce” tour, and show you homes to consider, point out the local shopping choices, freeways, business centers, public and private schools, parks and other recreation areas, etc., and make sure that you have a good sense of San Diego by the time the tour concludes.
If you only have time to fly into town to look at some homes – perhaps during a job interview trip – as part of our Relocation Service, we can pick you up, see some homes and surrounding areas, and then drop you off at the airport or your hotel at the end of the day.
