One of the newer zip codes in the city of San Diego, 92130 lies just east of Interstate-5 and Del Mar, just a short distance from the Pacific Ocean. The Community Park also hosts summer concerts every year. The famous Torrey Pines Golf Course and the Torrey Pines State Reserve are a couple of miles away. The Pacific Ocean at Del Mar Beach is located just to the east and minutes away, so swimming, surfing, and beach activities are plentiful – all year long. There is excellent neighborhood shopping, especially in the newly renovated Del Mar Highlands Town Center. The Coaster commuter train service is available from the Sorrento Valley station a couple of miles to the southwest.
